Kullanım Koşulları
Boody’yi indirerek ve kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.
1. Hizmet
Boody, harcamalarını elle girip aylık bütçeni takip etmeni sağlayan bir iOS uygulamasıdır. Dilersen bir “hane” oluşturup bütçeni eşin, ev arkadaşın veya ekibinle paylaşabilirsin.
2. Hesap
- Yalnız kullanımda hesap gerekmez; bulut senkronizasyonu ve ortak bütçe için hesap açman gerekir.
- Verdiğin bilgilerin doğru olmasından ve şifrenin güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun.
- Hesabını kullanan kişilerin yaptığı işlemler senin sorumluluğundadır.
- Hesabını uygulama içinden silebilirsin: Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabımı sil. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası’nda.
3. Ortak bütçe
Bir haneye birini davet ettiğinde, o kişi hanedeki tüm bütçe ve harcama kayıtlarını görebilir, düzenleyebilir ve silebilir. Davet kodunu yalnızca güvendiğin kişilerle paylaş. Hane üyelerinin verine erişmesi senin kendi tercihindir.
4. Premium — fiyat, yenileme, iptal
Boody’yi tek başına kullanmak ücretsizdir. Bütçeni başka biriyle paylaşmak (ortak hane) premium gerektirir.

- Fiyatlar Türkiye App Store içindir ve ülkeye göre değişir; ödeme ekranında geçerli fiyat gösterilir. Fiyatlar değişebilir — mevcut aboneliğinde bir zam olursa Apple seni önceden bilgilendirir ve onayını ister.
- Abonelikler 14 gün ücretsiz deneme ile başlar. Deneme bitmeden iptal edersen ücret alınmaz.
- Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple Kimliğinden tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
- İptal: iPhone’da Ayarlar → [adın] → Abonelikler. Ücretsiz deneme varsa, satın alındığında kalan deneme süresi geçersiz olur.
- İade: tüm satın alımlar Apple tarafından yönetilir; iade talepleri reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden Apple’a yapılır. Geliştiricinin doğrudan iade yetkisi yoktur.
- “Ömür boyu” paket, uygulamanın yayında olduğu süre boyunca geçerli tek seferlik bir satın alımdır; süresiz hizmet garantisi anlamına gelmez.
- Satın alımlarını yeni bir cihazda “Satın alımları geri yükle” ile aktarabilirsin.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
- Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçla kullanamazsın.
- Tersine mühendislik, kaynak kodu çıkarma, güvenlik önlemlerini aşma veya servise otomatik/aşırı yük bindirme yasaktır.
- Başkasının verisine izinsiz erişmeye çalışmak yasaktır.
Bu kuralların ihlali hâlinde hesabın askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.
6. Veri ve yedekleme
Verilerini düzenli yedeklemek senin sorumluluğundadır. Uygulamayı silmek cihazdaki yerel veriyi siler. Bulut senkronizasyonu kullanılabilirlik garantisi değildir; veri kaybına karşı sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
7. Garanti reddi ve sorumluluk sınırı
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı zararlar, kâr kaybı, veri kaybı veya uygulamadaki rakamlara dayanarak aldığın kararlardan doğan zararlar için sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Her hâlükârda toplam sorumluluk, son 12 ayda uygulamaya ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır.
Bu koşullar, yasadan doğan tüketici haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz.
8. Değişiklikler ve sonlandırma
Özellikler değişebilir, eklenebilir veya kaldırılabilir. Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; güncelleme sonrası kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Hizmetin tamamen sonlandırılması hâlinde makul bir süre önceden bildirilir ve verini dışa aktarman için imkân tanınır.
9. App Store koşulları
Uygulama Apple App Store üzerinden dağıtılır. Apple’ın standart lisans sözleşmesi de geçerlidir; bu koşullarla çelişen bir nokta olursa Apple’ın sözleşmesindeki asgari şartlar uygulanır. Apple bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir ve uygulamadan sorumlu değildir.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim

By downloading and using Boody you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Boody is an iOS app that lets you enter expenses manually and track your monthly budget. You can optionally create a “household” and share your budget with a partner, housemate or team.
2. Your account
- Solo use needs no account; cloud sync and shared budgets do.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
- You can delete your account from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
3. Shared budgets
When you invite someone to a household, they can see, edit and delete all budget and expense records in it. Share your invite code only with people you trust — granting household members access to your data is your own choice.
4. Premium — price, renewal, cancellation
Using Boody on your own is free. Sharing your budget with someone else (a shared household) requires premium.

- Prices are for the Türkiye App Store and vary by country; the applicable price is shown on the purchase screen. Prices may change — Apple notifies you in advance and asks for consent before any increase affects an active subscription.
- Subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge is taken within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- To cancel: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy.
- Refunds: all purchases are handled by Apple; request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.
- “Lifetime” is a one-time purchase valid for as long as the app is published; it is not a guarantee of perpetual service.
- Use “Restore purchases” to transfer your entitlement to a new device.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
- No reverse engineering, source extraction, circumventing security measures, or automated/excessive load on the service.
- Do not attempt to access anyone else’s data without permission.
Breaching these rules may result in suspension or closure of your account.
6. Data and backups
Keeping your own backups is your responsibility. Deleting the app removes local data from the device. Cloud sync is not a guarantee of availability, and no liability is accepted for data loss.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. No warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or decisions you make based on figures in the app. In any case, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes and termination
Features may change, be added or removed. These terms may be updated; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms. If the service is discontinued entirely, reasonable prior notice will be given along with a way to export your data.
9. App Store terms
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple’s standard licence agreement also applies; where these terms conflict with it, Apple’s minimum terms prevail. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app.
10. Governing law and contact
